claws-mail-pgpmime software package provides PGP/MIME plugin for Claws Mail, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install claws-mail-pgpmime
claws-mail-pgpmime is installed in your system.
Make ensure the claws-mail-pgpmime package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep claws-mail-pgpmime *
You will get with claws-mail-pgpmime package name, version, architecture and description in a table
